Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, while the second bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting, complete with a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in. The kitchen and bathroom have both been newly renovated, offering a fresh, modern feel with all the essentials you’ll need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay.

Located on Mandurah Terrace, you’re within easy walking distance to the beach and the beautiful Mandurah Foreshore, where you’ll find cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and scenic waterfront walks. A local shopping centre is just up the road for groceries and essentials. This location is ideal for guests wanting a mix of beach time, outdoor activities and easy access to everything Mandurah has to offer.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
