The apartment is located on the top floor (Level 3) and there is no lift access. Guests must climb three wide flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
Parties, events, gatherings, or any kind of get-togethers are strictly prohibited on the property at all times. This includes (but is not limited to) birthday parties, celebrations, after-parties, or inviting non-registered guests to congregate at the home.

Only the exact number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning, damages, or violations of local noise ordinances.
