“WATERLILY HOUSE” - Luxury Mandurah Canal Holiday Home - Jetty, BBQ, Sleeps 14

Are you ready to kick back and enjoy life? Waterlily House is a Luxury Holiday Home with your own private jetty suitable for those people who like to relax in style.
It's within a short, scenic walk to Mandurah foreshore. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for friends and families.
Relax and enjoy the magnificent laid-back lifestyle of the Peel Region. At your door, you have tranquil canals, beaches, wineries, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and a marine wonderland, so there is something for everyone.

You can fish from the jetty or throw in a few crab pots. Bring your own boat and moor at your private jetty. Swim or take a paddle up the canals in the kayaks we provide. You may even meet some local dolphins as you adventure!

This is a strict non-party house. The House Consists of;
6 large bedroom spaces with luxury bedding for up to 14 people
2 full bathrooms and 3 toilets
Fully ducted air-conditioner - Heating and cooling
Unlimited Wi-Fi access
Huge open plan living area with stunning views and 75'' Smart TV downstairs and another 65" in the Theatre Upstairs.
Fully equipped modern kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, slow cooker, with modern granite bench top.
Extra-large dining table with seating for 10 people overlooking the canal and a dedicated sitting or work area overlooking the water.
The downstairs entertaining area has a large outdoor setting, table & chairs, outdoor, a new outdoor kitchen with a great gas BBQ and sink.
The fully equipped laundry has a new front loader washer, heat pump clothes dryer, iron and cleaning products.
Upstairs kitchenette with coffee machine
Peaceful upstairs balcony with outdoor setting for getting some quiet time or sharing a glass of wine and watching the sunset.
Board games and playing cards are provided if you just want to chill,
All beds have luxury mattress toppers, quality Canningvale linen and your choice of Bamboo or Microfiber pillows.
Beach Towels, Bath sheets, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash are supplied.
Some coffee pods, toilet paper, tea, sugar and a basic pantry are provided.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master bedroom 1: King bed with a lounge chair, full en-suite, spa bath
Bedroom 2: King bed and Walk In Robe
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Chair with Walk In Robe
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a Sofa
Bedroom 5: Queen bed with a Chair
Bedroom 6: 2 Trundle beds that pull out to be 4 Single Beds - all have comfortable quality mattresses and are located in the upstairs home theatre.

What do I need to bring?
Food, drink and consumables
We supply some crab nets but if you are a fisherman, bring your fishing gear and bait.

PETS ARE BY INVITATION ONLY. We will only accept a maximum of 2 dogs who are very well behaved, fully house trained, sleep in their basket and do not sit on the furniture. You need to provide details prior to booking and we will advise if the pets are acceptable.
