Positives: Very good location within walking distance from Freo centre, quiet neighbourhood; free parking if scarce; spacious room, clean towels daily, good shower, quite well equipped kitchenette, excellent coffee amenities; good bed and decent linen and duvet Not so positive: Room worn, could do with updating; cleaning mediocre, floors filthy underneath the bed and sofa; air conditioner (heat pump) broke after first week - extra heater was...

”The room was old fashion and small but essential and clean, I got everything I needed, a fridge, lcd tv and the enclosed bathroom. Pretty quiet too. Reasonably central (10 mins walk to Perth Central Station and the street malls). Served by several buses. Frances the landlady is very nice and helpful. I was meant to check out at 9.30 am but for a honest fee she let me stay till 8 pm (I had an 11 pm flight). I highly recommend this accomodation”
