”Great location with a nice atmosphere, but service at reception was very disappointing. Before arrival I tried arranging airport transport via the hotel’s WhatsApp, but only received automated replies. They finally responded on the day of arrival, saying they couldn’t provide transport. Thankfully, we found a great taxi driver at the airport.
Check-in went smoothly, but they forgot to give us wristbands, which caused issues the next day. We stayed in a tipi, which was clean with a comfortable...

”Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.).
Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. I finally met Monica next morning who was quite pleasant and helpful; if they can fix the biggest issues I would rate higher.

”The price was double compared to one in hotels.com because for the some reason hotels.com showed price for one person even thought we had reservation for two. Apart from that it was good for the budget travellers”

”Incredible hospitality and views of the city of Cusco were the highlights of the hostel for me. The staff works hard to create a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and are happy to help with any requests you might have. The included breakfast is lovely and eating it on their porch overlooking Cusco cannot be beat. I'll be recommending this hostel to any friends that visit Cusco.”
