Theapartment is laid out as follows:



- SPACIOUS SHARED ENTRANCE HALL with a closet, coffee table, and chairs;



- LIVING ROOM with a padded ottoman, built-in closet, and BREAKFAST NOOK with a coffee maker and electric kettle;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BEDROOM (located in the villa’s turret, accessible by stairs) with a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser;

- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Private parking (for a fee) is also available inside the building.

- The accommodation does NOT have a kitchen or kitchenette. There is no refrigerator, oven, or other appliances for storing, heating, or preparing food.

- Stairs are required to access the apartment and move around inside: we recommend taking special care when staying with children.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Perugia Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment is located on Via Ascanio della Corgna, 3, in a prime location for experiencing the best of Perugia, just a short walk from the city’s charming historic center. From here, you can easily reach the main attractions on foot, immersing yourself in the medieval atmosphere of the Umbrian capital, among quaint alleys, historic squares, and stunning panoramic views.



Perugia is a city rich in history, art, and culture, famous for its Etruscan and medieval heritage. Strolling toward the heart of the city, you’ll easily reach Corso Vannucci, Perugia’s famous “salotto” (social hub), one of the main streets in the city center, bustling with shops, cafés, and historic buildings, until you reach the splendid Piazza IV Novembre with its majestic Fontana Maggiore, the Palazzo dei Priori, and the Cathedral of San Lorenzo.



Nearby are also some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Rocca Paolina, an evocative underground fortress that tells centuries of history, the National Gallery of Umbria, the Etruscan Arch, and numerous vantage points from which to admire the Umbrian landscape.



The accommodation’s location allows you to explore Perugia comfortably without needing a car: the historic center is easily accessible on foot, while public transportation allows you to move easily to other parts of the city. It is the ideal starting point not only to discover the artistic and cultural treasures of Perugia but also to experience the authentic atmosphere of one of Umbria’s most charming cities.



From the Perugia train station, the apartment is about a 10-minute trip, by taking bus line 100, getting off at Via 20 Settembre, and walking for one minute.



From Umbria Airport, you can take the shuttle service connecting the airport to the train station and continue as described above.



If you’re traveling by car, the property has a private parking lot (for a fee) within the condominium complex.
