The apartment is located just outside the historic center and near local amenities (bars, restaurants, pharmacy); it’s only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The Pesaro train station is only 1.2 km away.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:
