Rossini Home welcomes its guests in the heart of Pesaro’s historic center, directly opposite the renowned Rossini Theatre. Here, music, art, and history accompany every moment of the day, offering the opportunity to experience the city from an authentic and privileged perspective.



THE SPACE

Located on the second floor of a building with elevator access, Rossini Home is a welcoming and functional apartment that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The interiors have been designed to combine comfort, practicality, and style, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or stays dedicated to discovering the local area.



The bright and modern kitchen is the heart of the home, thanks to its large glass doors that fill the space with natural light. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare meals, it offers a pleasant space to share throughout your stay.



The living area is comfortable and versatile, featuring a cozy single sofa bed, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day spent between the sea, cultural attractions, and walks through the historic center.



The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both rooms are bright and furnished in elegant shades of white and grey, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Beds are provided with linens and extra pillows to ensure maximum comfort. Upon request, a crib for children aged 0–2 years can be added.



The two bathrooms are modern and functional, equipped with showers, complimentary toiletries, and towels, offering convenience and comfort even during stays with multiple guests.

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and remain available throughout the stay for assistance, recommendations, and local information.



For those wishing to experience the area in an authentic way, suggestions can be provided for local activities such as traditional pasta-making classes, sailing excursions, and winery tastings.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to bring everything necessary for their stay. An additional fee applies.

Rossini Home enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Pesaro’s historic center, directly overlooking the Rossini Theatre, one of the city’s most important cultural landmarks.



Just a short walk away are Piazza del Popolo, the vibrant heart of city life, the Birthplace of Gioachino Rossini, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta with its remarkable early Christian mosaics. Nearby, guests can also visit the Experimental Theatre and the Pescheria Visual Arts Center, which host exhibitions, performances, and cultural events throughout the year.



Walking towards the sea, you can easily reach the seafront promenade, lined with elegant Liberty-style villas, the famous “Sphere Within Sphere” sculpture, and the beaches overlooking the Adriatic Sea.



The area is rich in restaurants, cafés, wine bars, and local shops, making it the perfect place to experience the authentic atmosphere of Pesaro and discover its culinary traditions.



GETTING AROUND

Pesaro is known as the City of Bicycles and offers an extensive network of cycling paths connecting the city center with the coastline and nearby destinations. Bicycles can be rented upon request through Yohome’s local partners.



Bus stops are located just a few minutes from the apartment and provide convenient connections to the train station and other areas of the city.



For guests traveling by car, the location offers easy access to Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, Gabicce Mare, Gradara, and the main destinations along the Adriatic Riviera.



Pesaro train station is only a few minutes away and provides connections to major Italian cities, while Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car. Taxis and private transfer services are also readily available for convenient travel to stations, airports, and local attractions.
