The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area, designed to offer practicality without compromising on style. The furnishings are new and designer, with well-organised spaces that allow you to cook comfortably throughout your stay.

Terrace

The terrace, overlooking the residence's swimming pool, is one of the house's strong points. It is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing lunches or summer dinners in a private and peaceful setting, with a pleasant view of the pool area.

Master bedroom – Ground floor

The master bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with elegance and attention to detail, designed to ensure rest and privacy. The modern furnishings and comfortable bed create a relaxing environment, ideal for a restful sleep after a day on the lake.

Double bedroom – First floor

Going up to the first floor, you enter the second double bedroom, which is bright and quiet. The room has a private balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquillity in the open air. Here too, the furnishings are new, designer pieces chosen to offer maximum comfort.

Bathroom – First floor

The second bathroom, located next to the second bedroom, completes the sleeping area. It is modern, with attention to detail and designed to offer practicality and comfort even to multiple guests, making the house ideal for families or small groups.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
