The standalone mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular due to its location by the water. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Holiday resort
Local category 5 stars, reception, ATM, 4 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk, and laundromat. With four restaurant-pizzerias, including one with a spectacular lake terrace, a take-away, a snack bar, and an ice cream parlour as well as fish & chips, culinary variety is ensured at the campsite.

The campsite features a convenient supermarket with fruits and vegetables, a newsstand, a tobacco shop, and a souvenir shop. The bazaar offers a selection of goods for all life's needs.

The campsite leaves nothing to chance: free Wi-Fi in public areas, ATMs, safes, washing machines, and dryers (for a fee) for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Other services include a hairdresser, massages, a parapharmacy, and a doctor available at specific times. A convenient little train (for a fee) connects the campsite with the centre of Peschiera del Garda, making it easier to get around.

Situated in the beautiful surroundings of the southern Lake Garda area, the campsite is the ideal destination for anyone wishing to spend an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Thanks to its strategic location, just 1 km from the lively centre of Peschiera del Garda and 7 km from the famous Gardaland amusement park, this campsite offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort and entertainment. For lovers of art cities, Verona can be reached in about 30 km. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The water park, one of the campsite's strengths, includes five large pools with slides for all ages, interactive water games, and areas for children and adults. Highlights include an adrenaline-filled slide for adults and Bel Island, an area for children with geysers and water games. The pools are open from April to September, depending on the weather.

Leisure
In the complex: gym, tennis (1 court), table tennis and boat rental. Animation for children. Entertainment is at the heart of the campsite: from April until closing time, the campsite offers a rich programme of activities for children and adults, with shows, mini-clubs and games. In high season, you can enjoy a spectacular firework display over the water every 15 days. The sports programme includes football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, archery and tennis courts. Water sports enthusiasts can have fun at the water ski centre with canoes, SUP and adrenaline-fuelled activities such as parasailing and banana boats (at an extra charge). For those who want to keep fit outdoors, there is a free fitness room and a beach volleyball court.

There is also an artificial sandy beach, Bel Beach, equipped with sun loungers and parasols (for a fee), for those who wish to enjoy the sun in a more exclusive setting.

très grand camping ayant un excellent emplacement au bord du lac de garde.Camping très bien équipé avec plusieurs piscine et un supermarché.Par contre les bungalows sont trop proches les uns des autres (80cm) ce qui génère des nuisances de bruits de pas et de paroles.Les allées ne sont pas bien entretenus.8O% des vacanciers sont des allemands et des hollandais (quasi pas de français.
