The mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its location by the water. Your mobile home
Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Holiday resort
Reception (safe), 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi) and launderette. The free Wi-Fi covers approximately 80% of the site. The reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The safe (free of charge) is located at reception (please note reception opening hours). There is a barbecue area on the premises; grilling is only permitted there. The credit cards “Carta Si”, “JCB” and “Maestro/EC” are also accepted. Daily visits by external persons are permitted from 8:00 to 21:00 for a fee and after prior registration of the guests for privacy reasons (costs €7.00 - €14.00/day/person).

Upon arrival, guests must register at reception and will receive an identification wristband.

If persons other than those indicated on the voucher arrive, they must pay the daily rate for “additional persons”, regardless of whether they arrive on the first day of the stay or later.

Location
Peschiera del Garda. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed property. Peace and well-being in the midst of nature, directly on Lake Garda: the campsite is very close to the best parks in the area. It offers a wide range of services to meet all needs (swimming pools, cookery school, entertainment & kids’ club), a large green area with a well-equipped playground (also on sand). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. It is not possible to park the car directly by the mobile home. Guests must park in the campsite’s central car park. One parking space is included per booking. Additional parking spaces are available for a fee.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early September, 15 m x 25 m, 1.40 m deep). Children’s pool (10 m x 20 m). Swimming caps are compulsory at the pool. The pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00 and sun loungers and parasols are available for a fee. There is pool entertainment from 1 June to 31 August.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Canoes and paddle boats can be hired on the premises for a fee. Boccia and football can also be played for a fee. There are 2 boccia courts, a football pitch and a basketball court at the resort. Beach volleyball can be played free of charge. These services must be booked directly on site on arrival. The children's entertainment programme is for children aged 4 to 14. It is open approximately from 01/06 to 30/08 daily from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day. Not allowed at the pool

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 15 m, town centre 1500 m. Train station in Peschiera del Garda 3 km. Airport in Villafranca - Verona 20 km. In summer: Lake Garda 50 m in Peschiera del Garda (beach 50 m in Peschiera del Garda with pebbles).
