Likewise convenient to two supermarkets (Lidl, Eurospin 30 metres) and to the main services within walking distance in 1 minute, Wolf House is ready to welcome you for your holidays on Lake Garda!



The Space:

We would like to remind you that online check-in is mandatory prior to your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service.



The software is a professional service that guarantees 100% of your privacy.

The procedure is very simple and only takes a few minutes. Upon your arrival, will not have to take care of anything else.



The online check-in is a prerequisite for you to access the property on your arrival in total autonomy via the smart lock.





PRIVATE TERRACE:

The large private terrace has a surface of about 25 sqm and extends along the side of the living room.

Facing West, it is overlooked by the living area and the kitchen, so they are mainly illuminated during the last hours of the day.




Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by fabric awnings as well as by the centuries-old pine trees.

Very comfortable zero-gravity loungers are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful bath in the heatable hydromassage tub!



Please also note that the hot tub is active every day from 9.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.



After these hours, the device will automatically switch off in order not to disturb the neighbors with the noise of the hydromassage in operation.



IMPORTANT:

For safety and insurance reasons, we inform you that on the external terrace, there are video surveillance devices that frame ONLY the area concerning the small entrance gate to the terrace and the external perimeter of the terrace, to discourage possible intrusions from outside.



IMPORTANT:

The area where the Jacuzzi and the loungers are located is never framed in order to guarantee 100% your privacy.



There are no other devices inside the apartment.

INFINITY POOL (SHARED):

The large swimming pool of the residence (shared) is seasonally open from approximately mid-May to early October (depending on the weather).
When operating, the large pool will be available from 9.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m.



Our pool is located in the side garden of the condominium, which can also be easily accessed from the terrace.


It is immersed in a lovely and well-kept lawn surrounded by hedges, where you can place sun beds and umbrellas.



The solarium area around the pool is fenced and equipped with life-saving devices and a solar shower.



The pool measures approximately 8m x 4m, with a depth that gradually ranges from 90 cm to 160 cm.



The opening is seasonal from approximately mid-May to approximately the end of September/beginning of October.





DOUBLE ROOM:

Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to let you experience a holiday dedicated to rest and tranquility!




Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a large double bed with a very comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed.




To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a very comfortable mirrored wardrobe with drawers and a luggage area.



An LED lighting system embedded in the headboard of the bed and a central designer chandelier with integrated ventilation fan allow you to create a unique atmosphere.



A 32” smart TV with “picture frame” effect for viewing from the bed, and very convenient USB wall sockets to recharge your devices are everything you will need to enjoy your evenings at Wolf House - Peschiera Holiday.

SMALL BEDROOM WITH BUNK BED:

Every child's dream? Sleeping in a bunk bed!


Our small bedroom is the ideal environment to rest, study, and play for
 Wolf’s young friends :-D!



Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed with ladder and side protection for the upper bed, furnished with 2 comfortable drawers, in addition to a visible dresser where you can store your clothes, it directly overlooks the swimming pool with an enchanting view!



You will find traditional games as well as a fantastic PlayStation 4 console, ready to make you experience a dream holiday!



To optimise the spaces and services offered, we have also placed a very convenient "DRYER" inside a hidden cabinet next to the bunk bed.



Upon request, we can also provide a very comfortable crib for newborn babies.





LIVING ROOM:


The spaces of the living area are characterised by minimalist style furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by a large French door overlooking the terrace that allows you to glimpse the greenery and the mini SPA.



A very comfortable and refined handmade Italian 4-seater sofa, covered in dust-grey fabric with adjustable headrest angle, combined with 2 poufs also usable as a peninsula, is positioned in front of a 55” Samsung smart TV.



Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.

A DAIKIN air-conditioner or a very convenient mosquito net on the French door will make you enjoy lunches and dinners in the cool air, not doing without the view!

The sanitary facilities consist of a comfortable, windowed bathroom, equipped with a glass shower cubicle, with a large, modern shower head and a convenient separate hand shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with drawers, and an illuminated mirror.

The apartment is provided with a fantastic Smart-Lock that will allow you to enter and exit the apartment with a simple click on your smartphone, forgetting the traditional keys!



High-speed internet with optic fiber is guaranteed by a modern Fritzbox router!



Winter heating is remotely controlled via a latest generation Wi-Fi thermostat, while cool air is guaranteed by a powerful Daikin air-conditioner!





AIR CONDITIONING:


The apartment provides a Daikin air-conditioner with a single split positioned in the living room, capable of cooling the entire apartment.



During the summer period, thanks to the air conditioner, the apartment can reach a maximum temperature of about twenty degrees.



By leaving the air conditioning on all day, the cool air will easily reach the bedrooms as well.
 In the double bedroom, there is also a ceiling fan integrated into the chandelier of the room. Additionally, at your disposal are portable fans able to better distribute the cool air of the air conditioner throughout the rooms of the house!



Guest Access:

All our properties are equipped with a SMART-LOCK that will allow you to comfortably access the apartment in total autonomy, without the need to use traditional keys.



At the time of booking you will receive a message from the Vikey service through which you will be able to complete the online check-in and also pay the tourist tax directly, so upon arrival there will be nothing to worry about!



Getting Around:

Wolf House - Peschiera Holiday is provided with a covered and free private parking (garage in common with a reserved parking spot).



Outside the main gate, there is a plein-air, free parking addressed to the guests and another public free parking.
