The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, free parking, possibility to use sauna. Location is good for climbers and for via ferratas, also Cortina very near.”

”Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante .”

Service was across the board unusually good, caring, professional and friendly. If I had the guess, people have been working here for decades and kept good care of. While hotel hasn’t gone through a major renovation recently, it has been well maintained and somehow the old fashioned decoration adds to the “good old days” atmosphere.
