”The Sandbar is being renovated. Only half of it is done. There is no check-in or no one to actually speak to. If there is a problem we had to talk with the workers. The outside bar is not set up yet. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Having said that, the room was very nice and clean. The outdoor space was nice and functional, good view of the lake. They did have an indoor area with couches and a couple game tables. It will be a really nice place when it is complete!”

”Everything was very well maintained and the rooms were newly renovated. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Daughter loved the four pool and the beach and husband loved the golf courses.”

”Excellent location - within walking distance to everything. Clean and spacious. Communicating via the Expedia app was cumbersome. Links/hyperlinks do not work in the app and you can’t even cut & paste them. Parking is an issue, too. We received a parking ticket for overnight parking, which was not clear at the parking meter.”

”No where in the Expedia booking or the hotel website did it mention that the hotel rooms didn't have bathrooms. They are shared. We waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in, and she told us nothing about the resort. Now there appears to be a credit card issue with multiple charges and credits hitting my account. Would not recommend this place.”

”Was in town for a quick trip for a wedding. Perfect place to stay. M Mammoth distillery was just down the street for a nightcap. And it was lovely to meet Leo.”

”I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.”

”Property was clean and well located. Breakfast supplies were reasonable but not amazing. They didn’t have salt for breakfast- and didn’t seem concerned about lack of salt shakers (they had two pepper shakers - but a trip to dollar store to buy salt seemed in order). Saw another guest complaining that their bathroom lacked a shower curtain. Front desk couldn’t point to hotel location on tourist map for me so that I could get my bearings - thank goodness for phone map!”
