”Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. But, They have the money maker motion sensors in the room that shut the air conditioning off in the middle of the night when you're sleeping and don't sense motion. You wake up at night he room is hot and stuffy and as soon as you kick the covers off the AC senses motion and turns on again you don't get a good night's sleep. hot stuffy and then cold, hot stuffy and then cold. ”Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. ”Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.”

”I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??”

”The staff was super friendly. The motel is close to everything yet quiet. Room was clean and looked recently updated. The only concern (not a complaint), the pool area may need some tlc to match the rest of the motel. My family and i will definitely stay again. ❤️”
