”New construction, thoughtfully laid out apartment, very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Owner was on site and very responsive to inquiries. Breakfast (Saturday morning) was tasty and well presented in a spacious dining area. Highly recommend.”

”Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend for the property is that they clean their pools daily and their pool lounge chairs. I went swimming and noticed some food at the bottom of the pool, and when I went to the pool the next day, the food was still there.”

”This was a great little find. Walking distance to South Congress shopping, and all the great restaurants. This place was very quiet, minimally decorated with some nice key pieces of art. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is coffee in the room, the fridge is stocked with water, and there are plates and silverware to use for takeout.There’s no front desk to check in or out, communication via text and or email was excellent. I would definitely come back.”

”Hallways and doors closing to rooms are extremely loud and very disruptful if your looking for peace and quiet. I stayed on the 35th floor.”

”Stayed here for a two day trip. The area is very nice with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage was difficult to find at first but the front desk staff gave a helpful instruction card to find it. The garage is quite narrow so be aware driving wider vehicles. The room was clean with lots of amenities. Our bed was a bit creaky on the first night and ended up caving in on the second night. One of the slats had broken but it was an easy fix. We loved being able to cook and have...

”The room was excellently furnished and attention to detail is very good. Best linens ever! It’s a wonderful place and I am sure there are probably great rooms. If you are facing S Lamar, it is the loudest room I have ever stayed in after 55 years. One simply can’t get a nights rest. It can’t be overstated how loud it is. You have to ask for a quiet room or it’s awful. Additionally there was a fire alarm. The noise from the alarm was over 110db, however in the room, the lights did not flash...
