”The one night stay was everything we wanted. We had a concert nearby at the Moody Center and the location couldn’t have been better. My only gripe was that they only have 4 parking spots available for this hotel. They do have offsite parking that is paid for by the hotel but it’s little inconvenient to park there and walk back. Not a deal breaker though. It’s not that far anyway. We ended up Ubering to the concert and walking back home which was kinda cool. That should tell you everything is...

”First of all, there is a window between the room and the shower. There is writing on it and it is partially frosted but you can still see through. Very strange and totally unnecessary. Made service was average. Serve the staff head boy attitudess. Lastly, our room overlooked the air-conditioning units and it was noisy. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant was excellent”

”We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”

”This is the very definition of a “Boutique Hotel”. Everything about it is special; the design, the grounds, the vibe. It’s all sensational. Yes, it’s expensive. However, it’s hard to put a price on tranquil luxury in the center of Austin. Instead of a hotel pool with 75 people swimming in human soup, you get the most idyllic pool with maybe one or two other guests.
