”Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning. ”

”Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”Nice and clean. Stayed with young son. Gym needs an update desperately but there is enough to get by. Room nice and bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”Our king deluxe room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and had all the necessities one would expect. Although there was no physical check-in desk, there was an attendant at the door to direct us. When we needed a new tv remote, I texted the link provided and someone delivered it shortly. Our biggest concern was parking because the hotel has no parking available. However, therev is valet parking, which we used, so it all worked out.”

We struggled significantly with the Wi-Fi; neither our Apple nor Android devices would connect until the front desk clerk eventually signed us in. ​The property itself feels dark, drab, and in need of a modern refresh. For the price, the room lacked basic comforts—specifically a cozy chair—and the "quiet" reputation didn't hold up, as thin walls meant I could clearly hear the guest...
