”Walked in to a very clean room that smelled even cleaner. The beds were comfy with very soft sheets. The kitchen was ideally stocked with all the necessary items for me to cook breakfast. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus and we never ran out of hot water. Our host was flexible with our booking and great with communication and thanks for the complementary bottled water! ”My family and I (we have 2 boys - 7 and 5) truly enjoyed spending a week in Charlevoix in the Kroger Lofts. The property was spotless, decorated well and a super convenient location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The place was also well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, games, etc. My family and I definitely recommend staying here!”
