”The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly OK, but the carpet had a hole in it and didn't quite reach the edge of the room, and I'm afraid I was rather put off by a long dark hair lying on top of the white pillow when I arrived. I would have appreciated the one cup in the room being replaced with a clean one after the first night. The ensuite shower room looked good with a large walk in shower and would have benefitted from a shelf in the shower area for shower gel. Breakfast...
