The water park is a hit with the little ones, and the beach is stunning - clean, peaceful, and just steps away. We also appreciate how easy it is to reach the main road with just a short walk, where you’ll find plenty of shops, a 7/11, and great local restaurants.

”Upouusi resortti kaunilla rannalla. Tilava huone kaikilla varusteilla. Minipaari tyhjä. Ympäristössä vähän palveluita, ei edes minimarkettia. Hotellista kuljetuksia Khao Lakin keskustaan, osa ilmaisia. Osa hisseistä rikki kaikki 3 päivää, kun olin siellä. Pääaltaan vesi sameaa, ylimääräiset suodattimet pumppasivat öisin. Alkuvaikeuksia, ystävällinen henkilökunta yrittää parhaansa.”
”Paljon lapsiperheitä, uima-altaassa ei päivällä juuri ole tilaa aikuisille. Aurinkotuolit varataan jo aamuvarhaisella, eikä varauksiin puututa. Aurinkovarjoja on rajallisesti, joten varaaminen on välttämätöntä jollei halua olla suorassa auringossa. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Joogaa ja thainyrkkeilyä rannalla, ammattitaitoiset ohjaajat. Be Friend -rantaravintola kävelymatkan päässä, loistavaa ruokaa ja drinkkejä.”
”Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. ”

”Very big resort with fantastic 3 different pool areas and quiet beach with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are well maintained and mostly in good shape.
We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. Finally, the 4th room that we checked had a fresh and healthy air.

”Hotelli alue sekä huoneemme oli erittäin siisti, ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen lähellä rantaa ja palveluja. Ainut miinus puoli oli hotellin tarjoama wifi yhteys joka oli usein hidas tai ei aina toiminut. Jos teet töitä lomasi aikana niin wifi toimi parhaiten hyvin aikaisin aamulla. ”
”Aivan ihana uusi hotelli, jossa jokainen yksityiskohta oli mietitty. Kaunis miljöö, hyvä palvelu ja rauhallinen tunnelma takasivat viihtyvyyden. Huoneessa oli hyvää sänky, minibaarissa ilmaiset tuotteet (ei aklkoholi). Uima-allas kaunis ja hyvä näkymä merelle. Hotellilla on ilmainen kuljetus Khao Lakin keskustaan muutaman kerran päivässä.
Ainoa miinus oli ravintoloiden hinnat, tosi kallista ja ruoka ei kuitenkaan mitään erityistä. Olut ja drinkin kalliita myös. Lähellä on kuitenkin hyviä...

+/- Grand deluxe pool villas are private and clean and comfortable inside. However, from outside villas are slightly outdated. Note, villas locate in opposite side of the road than the main facilities and beach.
