”Very big resort with fantastic 3 different pool areas and quiet beach with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are well maintained and mostly in good shape.
We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. Finally, the 4th room that we checked had a fresh and healthy air.

”Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Das Wlan war sehr gut auch Streaming war problemlos möglich.

”Most unique property we have ever stayed at in Phang Nga. Simply gorgeous, classic Thai architecture and the villas were generously sized with plunge pools. The people and service were absolutely lovely. The entire experience was very warm. We will definitely stay here again, however, will endeavor to visit next time in the non rainy season. ”The pools, beach area, gardens and lobby are beautiful. You can swim your way around the resort. We stayed in a resort suites which was new and very spacious, and great for a family. The only flaw was our suite not being read until an hour after the check-in time and the in-room dining was very slow.”

"This was already our fourth stay at The Sands – and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Our kids absolutely love this hotel, and so do we as adults. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and fun family holiday.
The water park is a hit with the little ones, and the beach is stunning - clean, peaceful, and just steps away. We also appreciate how easy it is to reach the main road with just a short walk, where you’ll find plenty of shops, a 7/11, and great local restaurants.
The Sands has truly become one of our favorite places to return to, and we can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect balance of fun and relaxation!"
