”A very nice, but obviously a bit pricey accommodation. Our room was a short walk from the reception, general store and bus stops. There was a power outage when we arrived and it lasted for several hours. I would’ve liked to get more info from the staff about it. Breakfast was not included in the room price, which is always a bummer. ”Room was just ok. Our room (6486) was very small and had an odd smell. The mattress was not what would expect for $450 a night. Nonetheless, the location and ambience make this hotel iconic. If you plan a once in a lifetime trip to the Grand Canyon this is your place. Wish they would invest more in room quality. However, you are not staying there for the room. ”
