”We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Phi Phi Island! The location is perfect, nicely tucked away from the busy center, but still easy to reach either via a scenic 1.5km beach trail or a quick taxi boat ride (100–150 baht per person).
We booked a basic bungalow and were super happy with it. The view was absolutely amazing, and the AC worked really well, kept the room nice and cool, even during hot days.

”We stayed in a room on the harbour side. A magical view and fantastic to watch the water craft coming and going. The hotel is pure luxury, brand new, it feels anyway. Breakfast was good and made to order. There is no elevator, however, they have staff that attend to luggage. Be aware that the entrance is on the harbour side, tucked away in a corner. They will also charge you 2000 cash upon arrival for a security deposit. ”

”Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day.
The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it.

”Kiva pieni hotelli ihan Phi Phin kävelykadulla. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Näkymänä ikkunoista toiset talot. Kadun bileet ei kuuluneet huoneeseen mutta huoneen ovi oli todella kevyt ja "rakoinen" eli käytävän kaikki äänet kuului todella selvästi sisään. Meidän ajankohtana hotelli oli kuitenkin rauhallinen, eikä siitä ollut haittaa. Viihdyimme hyvin ja voitaisiin buukata uudelleen, jos haluttaisiin tälle vauhdikkaalle puolelle saarta”
”Muuten OK, mutta TODELLA kaukana Ton Sain rannalta ja liikkuminen hotellilta sinne hankalaa. Ferry kaksi kertaa paivassa, pitkahantaveneet ylihinnoiteltuja. Pimean aikaan liikkuminen mahdotonta. Viidakkoreittia voi kavella, mutta matkaa on paljon, 1,5 tuntia.”
”Kaikki vanhaa putki-TV:stä lähtien. Suihku, jääkaappi ja WC toimii OK, vaikka itse tila kaipaa perusteellista kunnostusta. Sänky todella kova alle satakiloiselle. Rantabaarin bassot jytisee joka yö 2.30 asti, korvatulpat ehdottomat jos aikoo ennen sitä nukkua.
Puoli huonetta tyhjänä kun ainoa kaluste on pieni jakkara parisängyn lisäksi. Ei siis sohvaa eikä edes tuoleja. Parvekkeella kaksi puista lepotuolia ja pöytä.

"Rayavadee is a once in a lifetime experience. The hotel is surrounded by three most beautiful beaches that are really hard to access otherwise. The two-storey rooms were a little worn down, but you are paying for the experience of staying at this unique property and on close proximity to one of beautiful beaches on the world."

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and always helpful. We were so pleased with everything that we ended up doubling the length of our stay!
The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful and offers great snorkeling opportunities.
All in all, for the price and star rating, this place is excellent value for money. Highly recommend!"
"Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli, jossa oma ranta. Lapsille oma allasalue, joka rauhoitti toisen altaan pääsääntöisesti aikuisten käyttöön. Rauhallinen hotelli, mutta silti aivan palveluiden äärellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Pieni miinus huoneiden huonosta eristyksestä, kaikki kuului läpi käytäviltä. Lämmin suositus! Voisin tulla uudestaan!"

"Loistava. Ainut miinus oli ravintoloissa käytettävä qr-koodi, ei paperisia menuja saatavilla. Sivusto kaatui 10min välein ja hermot oli kireällä, kun joutui aina uudelleen tekemään ruokatilauksen. "

Excellent breakfast (and lunch and dinner as well). The hotel is in a calm area on the western end of the northern beach of Phi Phi - very calm around there apart from the aforementioned music (which comes from across the bay)."
