Welcome to my lovely luxe home, clean, quaint, quiet, and in the best neighborhood in South Philadelphia. My 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home gives a big historic city like Philadelphia a small town feel in an area with deep community roots. Enjoy your stay in the city in a modern home featuring SmartLocks, Wifi, 50-inch Smart TV in main living room, full remodeled kitchen with full granite countertops, and a luxury master bathroom with soaking tub. It is located walking distance to Passyunk Square's buzzing bar and restaurant district, grocery store, liquor stores, Shopping and more. Enjoy a nice glass of wine at the Barcelona Wine Bar just blocks away, or try an old philly classic cheesesteak at Pat's King of Steaks or Geno's Steak's South Philly's Best. 5 min train ride to Philadelphia's Historic City Hall and The Avenue of the Arts Theaters and Philadelphia's Sports Complex and concert venues.

Great location near the stadium and had some good walkable restaurants. However, the place needs some TLC. Most furniture was worn or needing a stain remover . No toiletries also means no hand soap in the bathrooms etc. personal items from owners in closets and drawers.

Great location! We took the train in to avoid worrying about parking, and between walking, Uber, and the subway everything was easy to get to.House was clean and overall comfortable. There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area.

Upper bedroom was extremely hot, middle floor was quite hot until ac was turned quite lower than we typically would. Even then, the top bedroom stayed quite warm. We borrowed a box fan from family which helped quite a bit in that room. Home suffered from typical rental type issues-damaged furniture being the main one, but overall, it was a beautiful home in the perfect location for our needs.

Nice spot in South Philly

This is a great spot to stay in South Philly. Quiet street and neighborhood. Parking wasn't an issue for me. I was always able to park somewhere on the block. Anthony was a great host and reached out before and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again 5/5.

Great Location

We had a great stay here. The house was cery clean and communication with the property owner was amazing. The location was amazing. We were able tontake the train from Lancaster -then public transportation right around the corner from the house. There are many great restaurants within walking distance.

Philly Visit Jan. 24th. - 26th.

The property was way bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The main floor was spacious and airy. The bedrooms are all a good size. The outdoor space in the back wasn’t used much, but it was nice to have. The house host was great to work with, very communicative. If this property is available the next time we visit Philly, we would definitely stay there again.

Good to be back home

Brought my family to Philly to go see the Dallas and eagles game and also experienced the mummers. The property is in a great neighborhood surrounded by great cafés restaurants and attraction. Great communication.

This was by far the worst experience with booking with VRBO non working oven, broken furniture, dishwasher was broke. Dirty pans broken fBrofurniture.

We Love This Property.

What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again.

Fabulous neighborhood, perfect for traveling with our pup!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a wonderful location with free street parking during the weekend, which was wonderful for our large pick up. It was also wonderful that the property had a ground floor living area with only 4-5 steps for the entry, since we were bringing in our bikes for the Philly Bike ride on the 19th. The living area was large and comfortable, with cable tv, and there was a small enclosed yard. The bedrooms were as described and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy as were check out instructions. The only caution I’d give to future guests is that this property is currently for sale, and supplies were a little spotty - no soap for the showers, no dishwashing detergent. We were fine for our short stay but good to ask about this if you;re staying longer. We absolutely loved the neighborhood though! Great parks and friendly restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and close to transit. Would definitely stay there again!

Spacious home in South Philly

Gorgeous, spacious home in great location. Parking is was what is to be expected in a city like Philly, hard to find but street parking is available within walking distance. Manager was easy to reach and it was a great stay.

The home was well decorated, clean, and had a great space in the living room for conversations! Great location with an easy walk to restaurants, shop, and the subway. Enjoyed our time there for a long weekend.

The house is in a great location, very walkable and safe. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is large with lots of space. However the house was dirty with sticky surfaces, bugs, underwear on the floor, blankets and linens needed washed and hair.
