Mr whips family fun house is a 3,000 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom bi level apartment with front and rear patio private backyards. Free on Street parking,free fast wifi, complimentary coffee. family fun house features arcade games, pool tables , board games, karaoke machine, skee ball, basketball, fire pit, heating lamp and bbq charcoal grill. You won't find a better deal anywhere! Come on over and have fun with your friends at Mr.Whips Fun House! we are close to everything including MET center, reading terminal, downtown center city, rivers casino, eagles stadium is a 25 minute drive on I-95.

Wonderful place to stay in the city!! Very clean place. Plenty of spices, dishes, k-cups were stocked in the kitchen. All the games worked perfectly and were soo much fun! Lots of yummy snacks in the vending machines as well. The only parking available is street parking so just make sure to plan for that accordingly. Wonderful place and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fun and Functional, But Could Use a Refresh

Our group stayed for two nights while attending Phillies games. The condo had a nice layout with plenty of space for everyone, and the game room was a great bonus for some evening fun. However, one of the downstairs showers didn’t have any hot water, and the place could benefit from a deep cleaning and a few updates. The beds were quite firm and not the most comfortable for sleeping. Overall, it worked for our trip, but there’s room for improvement. The vending machines in the unit were a genius idea and convenient.

Had 12 guys in town for a golf weekend and this place was perfect. Close to sports arenas and airport. Easy to get to 95. Would definitely recommend for bigger groups.

It worked for us.

The property was functional for our needs. The owner communicated with us completely. The location was up and coming and the property was located next to a delightful Turkish Brew place that has the best pastries and light food. The property could sleep plenty of people and everyone in the area was super friendly. The game room kept us entertained with mostly pool and poker games. There a plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. There were staple seasonings and olive oil left for the guests. There were a few drawbacks to the place. In one bathroom, you can't put toilet paper in the toilet. The place needs some cleaning up but I know the cleaning crew had not shown up...no fault of the owner. There are a lot of rules (not a problem for our family, but may be for others) and the pictures on the site are nicer than the actual apartment. I think the pictures don't show the wear and tear that occurs over time. Overall, we were satisfied.

Great for a large family stay, cool industrial vibe

The main level with kitchen and two bedrooms was just a couple small steps at door thresholds above sidewalk grade, which made it easy for the grandparents to get around. Plenty of open space to socialize and many fun activities just like the photos. We had two cars. Free street parking as available. Usually was able to park directly at the entrance, but never more than 1/2 block away. Attached photo is view of parking from kitchen window.

Summer Break

Great fun for three generations. Our teenage grandkids learned how to play pool. They were never bored in the four days we were in the apartment. Our daughter had fond memories of her youth when shevplayed the Atari game. Clean, Quiet, and Safe place to unwind and relax.

Our stay was perfect. We only had the chance to stay for a night because of an event. But I would definitely return House was just as described, enough room for everyone, plenty of space and things to do. Owner responded immediately and answered all questions. My daughter graduated from Villanova Law School, not that far away I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for opening your house to my family we will return. 10 stars if that is allowed

We completely enjoyed our stay. My husband said that the place was an oasis in the city. Our only confusion was with parking- the details said the parking was onsite, but it was actually street parking. Other than that we loved the property and had a wonderful stay.

Fun stay - as advertised

Our family of seven loved this stay. Plenty of room for all of us and the kids had a blast. Less than ten minutes to the historical areas of Philly. Strongly recommend. The neighborhood might make some who are not used to cities uncomfortable, but we had no issues.

Great Property But Fees Were a Bit High

This property is excellent for a fun-loving group with plenty of entertainment options and 4 rooms with a total of 10 beds (1 king, 5 doubles and 4 twins) to accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. The rental price was very reasonable, but I found the fees, taxes and property damage insurance to be a bit high (adding another 160% above the rental fee). The request for a substantial hold on my credit card to cover potential damages was especially concerning, so I added the property damage protection coverage just to be sure we weren't responsible for any damage that we didn't cause. However, that was all very clear before I booked the unit so it did not come as a surprise. Just be sure to consider the full price before booking. The 7 of us very much enjoyed our stay and will likely book again when we return to Philly.
