This apartment is situated in North Philadelphia. While we make every effort to provide a safe and quiet environment for our guests, we cannot control activities outside the property. Please research the area before booking, as refunds will not be issued based on the location.

Parking
Please note that only street parking is available for this property.

Consumables
Guests are responsible for restocking consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, and beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement
In accordance with our policy, we request valid IDs for all individuals included in the booking.

Smart-Lock Check-In
To make your check-in smooth and secure, you will receive a smart-lock code prior to your arrival.

Pet Policy

A pet fee of $125 applies per pet, with an additional $125 fee for a second pet.
We require a photo of your pet and their vet records before your stay.
Dogs: Allowed only for long-term stays.
Cats: Permitted for stays under 3 months.
Linens
Extra linens are only provided if requested before your arrival. We do not supply additional linens for sofa beds or air mattresses unless sufficient occupancy is booked prior.
