The brunch experience was not what I would have expected from The Logan. The server did not check on us once during the meal and I had to flag her down for a mimosa.
The eggs Benedict ordered by my guest and myself were terrible...and I've never had bad eggs Benedict. The bread was extremely dry and the ham was sliced tavern ham not a typical Canandian bacon. It was cold, almost like a deli sandwich.
After writing to the GM to express my overall disappointment, she responded promptly and offered to refund a portion of the bill. I was pleased and intended to write a very positive review, however, it has been over 2 weeks and I've had to make 4 attempts through a 3rd party for the refund to be issued. Finally, when I thought the refund had been processed, I was charged again for the amount that was to be credited.
I never write negative reviews, but the experience was just lacking in so many ways...
