”The place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didn’t have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. ”We had a nice stay. High standard, and good activities available.
A lots of dogs around, but they are friendly and also vaccinated. I guess some people could react to that, but we didnt mind. The food is very good. You will have a pleasent stay here.

”We loved this place, staff were kind friendly and helpful. They set up airport transportation, tuk Tuks to go places, helped with organizing tours. You can walk to river side lunch cruise area. It was clean and had a great restaurant. We enjoyed our 2 nights there! ”

"We stayed 9 nights in the Deluxe pool view room in the January 2025. Our stay was excellent. Room was big and clean. From pool view room, there was also a partial sea view. In front of the hotel was peaceful and clean white sandy beach.
Service was really good in the whole hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot that there were free complimentary water and coffee every day.
Only a little bit negative thing was, that staff /lifeguards could have interfere better about the disturbing behavior at the East pool, where some of the people were rioting and splashing water so much, it splattered even to the sunbeds where people were relaxing."
