This fully renovated one bedroom, one bath plus *open sleeping loft*, stream-side home is ready to be your perfect getaway! There is a brand new wooden deck out back that over looks a small stream and fire-pit area. Minutes from hiking and creek access! 13 min to Belleayre Mountain! 20 min to Hunter Mountain!
The space
This home is the perfect getaway for those looking to explore the Catskills while still having modern amenities!

The First Floor:
- Living Room area with 55" SmartTV where you can stream all your favorite services, super fast Wifi as well as an electric fireplace to set the mood.
- Spacious Bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress and large closet.
- Eat in Kitchen with reading nook. Whip up a quick breakfast or full dinner in the open, well equipped kitchen. We provide a Keurig with a selection of various K cups as well as sugar, Splenda and creamer. We also have a teapot with an assortment of teas
- There is a dedicated work station facing the window to the backyard. Enjoy the views while you work!
- Full bathroom with shower/tub

The Second Floor:
Walk up the stairs to a light filled, stylish & *open sleeping loft*. There is a queen size memory foam bed and a flex space perfect for morning meditation! Keep in mind this is the second bedroom. See pics of the space.

Outside:
There is ample parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Out back there is a large new wooden deck that overlooks a small stream as well as a fire-pit area w/hammock. We supply firewood and fire starters for your stay! There is a picnic table on the deck as well as chairs for outdoor seating! Right off the back deck is a new BBQ area. We have a Weber Charcoal Grill and supply instant light charcoal for easy grilling.

There is a new energy efficient HVAC system in the home which provides both heat and AC allowing our guests to stay comfortable during all seasons.

The home is conveniently located on Rt 28, which means easy access from the NYS Thruway - sound may be heard at times from passing vehicles on 28 while on the property.

Guest access
You will have the entire property to yourself. Self check-in instructions will be provided. There is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. We are an easy drive from NYC - approximately 2 hours or less from the GWB. There is plenty to do outdoors in the area with hiking access and mountains all nearby.
Other things to note
*Please Note*
The property is conveniently located on Rt 28, which at times means there can be some sound heard from vehicles passing. As we are up in the mountains, cell service can be spotty and power outages are possible, but not common. We have strong Wifi in the home but do not have a back up generator in the case of an outage.
