Additional Rules

★ Government ID required before booking (driver's license or passport); we are collecting IDs given age restriction (23 years old) to book to validate the guest

★ We do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events.

★ Off-limit areas: hallway supply closet

★There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

★No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking

★AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 23 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

★We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
