This 1-bedroom, 1-bath Space, nestled in a very safe neighborhood. The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just 12 miles from the property. Guests staying at this vacation home can use our heated pool.
This 1-bedroom vacation bedroom will provide you with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free Wifi and free private parking is available at this vacation home. Begin your days with a cup of coffee on the private patio. Your trip will be jam-packed with adventures as you hike at surrounding Mountain, explore the Arizona Museum of Natural History. All before retiring to your own vacation rental bedroom!

- We have a 7 passenger White GMC SUV (the picture is posted on our images) in the garage that you can rent on a discounted price.
- If you plan on renting a vehicle from us, please let us know by sending me a text or call as soon as possible so that we can go through the requirements and pricing.
- We will require Drivers License and proof of insurance. 
- A refundable deposit will be refunded back to you as soon as our clean crew verify that the vehicle was returned in good condition with no scratches, cleaned and full tank of PREMIUM gas.

-No smoking, flammable materials, or space heaters inside the building.
-No illegal drugs are to be used or stored on the property and we ask that you refrain from conducting any illegal activity.
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or vehicles. Please ensure your homeowners/renters policy as well as your automobile policy are up-to-date.
-No pets are allowed inside the property.
