I had scheduled a 2 night stay and didn’t even bother to stay one night. The staff said that they would not be able to help me if there was an issue with the room because they were fully booked.
I entered our room and it was foul. There were cockroaches in the nightstand, dresser, bathtub and walls. The sheets were dirty with (what I am praying was) grease stains and paw prints. The top blanket had crusted mystery stains. When I checked for bedbugs, the mattress was filthy and deeply stained. There were splatter marks on the ceilings and walls. The toilet was being held together with masking tape. The furniture was badly beaten and there was a nightstand missing the hardware.
I tried to make the best of it, and when I ultimately decided to leave and check out with my minor child, the front desk told me they could only give me a partial refund because I had entered the room for an hour. What a joke. I just want my money back. There is a shed in the parking lot that was open and full of dirty mattresses that were not protected. How is any of this okay? It was a total dump. Not worth it at all.
