Guests have private access to the entire home, including the fully fenced backyard, private pool (heating provided at no additional cost), hot tub, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor dining space. Self check-in is available via smart lock and private entrance.

The garage is not available for guest parking or storage. Up to two vehicles may park in the driveway and additional vehicles may park on the street (Bonita Drive has no restrictions).

📋House Rules & Important Info📋

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important guidelines:

🚫 No Parties & No Smoking – Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking or drug use inside or around the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund and a $500.00 fee for cleaning.

🏘️ Quiet Hours – The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

💦 Pool/Hottub – Please follow all pool & hot tub safety instructions; no glass is permitted around the pool (plastic cups are provided). Pool heating provided at no additional cost!

🔞 Maximum Occupancy & Age Requirement – Renters must be 25+ years old unless pre-approved. Families with children under 25 are welcome. Occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 6 adults, plus their related dependent children, per Scottsdale regulations. The maximum occupancy must be respected, and any additional guests require prior approval.

📹 Security Cameras – Exterior cameras may be in use for security. There are no indoor cameras.

🔍 Property Inspection – The home is inspected before your arrival. If anything is not working upon check-in, please notify us immediately.

🚗 Parking Guidelines – The garage is not available for guest use, including parking or storage. Please park all vehicles (up to 2) in the driveway and additional vehicles on the street.

💲Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Fees – Due to our cleaning schedule, early check-in and late check-outs will incur charges. If you need either, please let us know.

📦 Large Items Prohibited – Without prior approval, large items like bicycles and gym equipment cannot be brought inside.

📆 Long-Term Stays – For bookings of 2 weeks or more, we may require a deep cleaning fee after check-out.

🔥A/C & Heating – Our home uses a smart thermostat that we manage remotely to help maintain the HVAC system and ensure everything runs efficiently. To keep things comfortable, we kindly ask that doors and windows remain closed while the heat or AC is running. If the temperature ever feels off, just send us a quick message, we’re happy to adjust it right away for you!

🚽 Toilets – Only flush toilet paper, no other materials, please.

✅ Identity Verification – We may request proof of identity (passport, driver’s license) and reason for stay (work contract, permits).

🥩 Grill Use – Feel free to enjoy the outdoor grill. Please clean it after use with the provided brush and supplies and ensure it’s turned off and cooled. A $25 fee may apply if left excessively dirty.

🌐 WiFi Guide:
If you encounter connectivity issues, try resetting your devices first. If the issue persists, please reach out. Please do not unplug the internet router located in the living room, as it provides Wi-Fi throughout the home.

📺 Smart TV Device:
The TV is equipped for streaming, allowing you to access your accounts on platforms like Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, and more. For security and privacy, please remember to log out of your streaming accounts before checking out.

🔧 Maintenance Information:
If any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can address them promptly.

For urgent matters, such as plumbing leaks or electrical issues, contact us immediately.

For non-urgent requests, feel free to reach out, and we’ll arrange for necessary repairs as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in great condition! 😊
