Stunning and Exceeded Expectations
The property is absolutely stunning. The entire neighborhood is just wonderful. So happy to have come during holidays. Everyone has their homes decorated for the holidays. The lights reflected in the lake. Many people quietly pontooning in the evenings to take in the views. Our home was very spacious. Kitchen, well appointed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, heated pool, and relaxing by the fire pits. The master bedroom suite was very large with lots of natural light and overlooked the lake. I felt like I was in a resort. Beds were very comfortable. Our house was full. Full of family and friends and lots of laughter. Would definitely love to come back here. Excellent communication with our host and very clear check in and check out instructions. Zero disappointments here. Thank you so much.

Spectacular Stay
A surprise 50th birthday party was the reason for our trip. Everything well amazing. The house was the perfect size with the right amount of places for groups to hang out. The pool, hot tub and pontoon were all enjoyed. The host was prompt with answering any questions we had.

Beautiful, spacious home
this home had something for all 3 generations that stayed here. the kids loved the swimming pool and fishing off the dock, the men enjoyed the pool table and my favorite was cruising on the pontoon boat through the beautiful neighborhood.

Back for More!
Repeat guests...and same outstanding property! We enjoyed Thanksgiving with extended family. The upgrades to the outdoor space were appreciated as we spent time watching home sports teams on TV outside (staying warm by the fire), while others could gather indoors and do their own thing. House was very clean, hosts attentive. This property is one of our favorites!

Another amazing stay! Had a fabulous time!! Whole family enjoyed the pool, boat and fishing!! Kids even caught fish. The house is clean and very comfortable! Very easy to communicate with Don, he always got back to us quickly. Can’t wait for our next visit

Wonderful family get away
We have several extended family members living in the area, so we were all within 10 minutes of each other. The weather was perfect for us northerners getting a break from the winter, high 60's-70. We hiked all over Thunderbird Conservation Park located right behind the housing development, enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and piloted the pontoon boat daily. The layout is great with so many different areas to hang out. We all very much enjoyed our stay in our "home away from home".

Wonderful spring break with family
We had an awesome stay! The pool was fabulous - always warm no matter the temp or time of day. The best bonus was the pontoon - we took leisurely drives daily to unwind and enjoy the sunset.

Beautiful property and great hosts.
A quick getaway to escape the snow. This property was as the pictures showed: beautiful. The pool and boat were hits with the kids and adults, while there was plenty of room to spread out. Close to some nearby hikes as well. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great stay in Glendale!
My family stayed here over Thanksgiving week. We had a fabulous time, the property was clean, spacious, and we had a blast! The pool was heated and the hot tub ready to go! We had 70° weather and used both of them during our stay. The washer and dryer were a bonus so we could do laundry in between our day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. There are so many great restaurants in the Phoenix and Glendale area, I wish I had more time to explore them all. This house was a perfect place for our family to be together during the Thanksgiving holiday and explore Arizona. thank you, Don and Teresa, for sharing your home with us.

End of summer getaway
Came to Arizona for a wedding and stayed for an additional week. This area was so beautiful with the water and mountains. House was spacious and in good shape. Furniture was a little worn, beds were ok, not the most comfortable I’ve slept in. But we made due. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, ice maker for cold drinks, brand new gas grill, Everyone had enough space to spread out. House was in a great location, very quiet area. Great stay in Glendale!
Beautiful home in Glendale with great amenities. My family totally enjoyed the Arizona sun in the outdoor space with a pool and hot tub adjacent to a lake/canal. Pontoon boat was included with rental and we enjoyed evening cruises around the canals throughout the neighborhood. Beautiful mountains frame the view from the property with great sunrises and sunsets. The house is also near Thunderbird Conservation Park with great hiking trails and gorgeous views of area. Plentiful restaurants and shopping in immediate vicinity. Owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Summer in AZ
We spend a total of three weeks in June/July each Summer and another three weeks in September/October for my son's travel baseball tournaments. The location of the house was perfect for easy access to the Spring Training facilities. We have a wide variety of ages that come with us each year and the house accommodated everyone. The pool and lake were a big hit! We enjoyed swimming and nightly pontoon rides. Followed by games of pool in the evenings. The neighborhood and lake provided beautiful scenery. Just a few things to note....the cleanliness of the home could be improved upon. When we arrived, the kitchen floors were very dirty. Someone had checked out earlier that day and I think the house could have benefited from a deep cleaning. I don't think the housekeeper had enough time to address everything. It just needs a really good deep cleaning including high/low dusting to remove cobwebs etc. The fixtures and furnishings are outdated and worn and just some overall wear and tear through out the interior/exterior. The home is used very frequently as seen by the comments in the guest book and I can see how wear and tear will happen but it could use some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories with our family! Thank you so much for another great summer in sunny AZ.

Amazing property! House, pool, boat, convenience of the surrounding area! We cannot say enough good things about staying at this location. Communication between the homeowner was amazing, answering questions months before our trip, checking in throughout our stay. We were so excited when we arrived. 10 year anniversary with all of our children!!! From the floorplan easily able to accommodate all of us comfortably, to the resort style yard, pool, and lake with our own pontoon!! If Glendale area is your choice for a VRBO, this gorgeous home is the one you need! Our hosts could not have been more nice and really understand some folks just want to relax and be amazed. We were! This property is amazing!! We enjoyed every part of it! The pool is perfect and the Pontoon boat on the canal was an extra bonus! We took a cruise every night! I can’t imagine finding a prettier place to be! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio to eat and visit! Also having the grocery store so close made it super easy too! Perfect place for family and friends!!We will be back in the future!

PERFECT HOME !
This was a beautiful spacious home to enjoy with family. I loved everything about this house it was perfect for our family to enjoy the backyard swimming pool and especially the Pontoon Boat rides in the morning and evening time was beautiful. Great location for a relaxing girls weekend!
Our group arrived from MN and immediately fell in love w/ the neighborhood, the house, and the view from the backyard! The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out when needed. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the sunshine, the pool, the hot tub, and the view. The pontoon was a very nice bonus as well! Prior to check-in we enjoyed lunch nearby at the Urban Margarita - we would definitely recommend this place for their awesome food and specialty margaritas! The property owners were very easy to communicate with, check-in was a breeze, and the instructions for check-out are very easy to follow. Thanks for a great location for our annual girls trip!

After a few days at the Grand canyon, this was perfect! We had a great time playing pool and playing in the pool. The home was the cleanest VRBO or Hotel I've stayed in! It is exactly like the pictures. The sunsets are beautiful and there is plenty of room to spread out. Lots of take-out and grocery nearby. Don was great and answered many questions. We should have booked one more night!

Great property!
The property was as advertised. Great neighborhood, pool was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a blast on the pontoon boat, wished we would have had time to use it more. The only knock was the hot tub, even though Don said it was just stained on the finish, the ladies did not feel comfortable getting in. A new hot tub would be a great addition. Overall very pleased!
