Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios), and fines of $500 apply if smoking is detected.
Tampering with or removing smoking detection devices incurs a $500 fee.
Pet Policy:
1. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Parking Policy:
- Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two vehicles per household is allowed on the property.
- Registration and Orientation: Vehicles must have up-to-date registration and cannot be parked backed-in. Violations may result in towing.
- Handicapped Spaces: Display your handicap placard prominently on the windshield, dashboard, or license plate. Vehicles without proper display may be towed.
- Fire Lanes and Reserved Spaces: Parking in fire lanes or "Future Resident Parking" during business hours will result in immediate towing.
- General Parking: Use designated spaces around the property perimeter to avoid towing.
Stair instructions:
The unit is located on the 1st floor.
Lost and Found:
The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration.
Parcel Delivery Policy:
1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.
Pool & Jacuzzi Information:
Enjoy our sparkling pool and jacuzzi, which are maintained every Tuesday (sometimes Wednesday) to ensure a clean and relaxing experience. While we strive to keep everything pristine, occasional messes from previous guests may occur. If your stay follows a weekend booking where extra cleaning is needed, maintenance will be performed on the next business day.
Please note: if your reservation includes a Tuesday (sometimes Wednesday) or extends through one, access to the property will be required for the cleaning company to maintain the pool and jacuzzi. Denying access will result in a revisit charge, which will be passed on to the guest.
Additionally, if the pool or jacuzzi is found dirty after your stay despite regular maintenance, any extra cleaning costs will also be passed on to the responsible guest. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep these amenities in top condition!
No Party Policy:
Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM.
Toilet Usage
To prevent plumbing issues, please refrain from flushing disposable wipes, hygiene products, or excessive amounts of toilet paper. Trash bins are provided in the bathrooms for proper disposal.
By booking, you agree to adhere to these rules and accept the indicated fines upon violation.
