The 4th and 5th bedrooms each boast a comfortable queen bed and a cozy nook by the window overlooking the backyard. The 6th bedroom can be found in the guest house, equipped with a smart TV and multiple windows letting in warm sunlight and gorgeous mountain views.

Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat & spa heat are $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. We require 7 days' notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay. Please note, this home has an electric pool heater. This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. - All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
