Please note that the pool area will be closed for remodeling from December 8th, 2025 and will be inaccessible to all residents, tenants, and guests with the estimated completion timeframe mid-January.

Complex backs to the 71 acre Vista Del Camino Park which includes one of the nation's top frisbee disc courses, fishing lakes, walking/biking paths and several playgrounds.

Convenient access to the 101 and 202 freeways, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.


POOL AREA: Enjoy full access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are three deluxe BBQ grills near the pool area that you are free to use.

PARKING:
There is a 1 car garage attached to our unit free to use. If you park in a space in the complex parking lot without a permit you are at risk of being be towed! Please let us know if you will need additional parking.

The garage, measuring 10’x20’, is suitable for a full-size vehicle. Oversized or larger SUVs and pick-up trucks will not fit into the garage. The garage door must be kept closed at all times. Oversized vehicles will need to park nearby on the neighborhood streets across from the complex.


Other things to note:
There is a FREE Scottsdale trolley that runs every half hour to and from Old Town Scottsdale. The trolley stop is located just one block south of the complex's entrance.

Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft are abundantly available, as are motorized scooters and golf carts.

Conveniently close to Old Town, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Camelback Mountain and Spring Training fields. Easy access to Loop 101 and 202.

Accommodations were as depicted. Loved the fact they had tea for the Keurig!!! Nice touch for us tea drinkers! A couple of small things would have made it better: 1. Update the front door lock. You shouldn't have to figure out the "trick" for opening the door due to the lock mechanism is older and a bit hateful. 2. We absolutely understand/support the economic and environmental benefits of using reusable containers for the soaps. But don't put liquid soap in foaming soap containers. You can't get it out. We bought hand soap as a result. 3. We had an issue with the heat coming on at night due to 70 was the lowest you could go on the thermostat. (It is one they probably control from their phone.) I asked to decrease it at night to 68 so the system wouldn't turn on, and the owner refused saying something about taxing the system. I could understand if it was summer, but it was 60 degrees at night (October). Taxing the system was not a legit concern. (I have hot flashes so it made it miserable due to the bedrooms were hot even with the fans on.) Thus, we didn't sleep well the entire week.

Most comfortable VRBO I’ve ever visited. Incredibly well stocked, comfortable beds, nice furnishings. The complex is lovely and very quiet. The host put a lot of effort into ensuring you enjoy your stay, and it shows. Excellent location with several stores and restaurants within a mile radius. STRONGLY recommend for all ages and families looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay. 5 stars for sure!!!

Nice property

Excellent service from VRBO rep. That said, several things need attention. No information book or appliance instructions in apt. Had to call to try to find out how to operate TV, HVAC, coffee maker. Pool key not in apt. Very poor lighting in living room--very hard to read. Owner did provide additional light but it was inadequate. Master shower controls hard to operate. shampoo, conditioner, gel hard to get out of containers. No grab bar in second bathroom.

Great stay!

We enjoyed this condo for the four of us. Nice condo complex, safe area, very clean, all the amenities, (including kitchen items), comfortable beds, nice sun patio and the pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!
