You'll also have access to the community heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, as well as a playground.

The air-conditioned interior features a beautifully decorated space with two living areas, a formal dining room, and a well-appointed chef's kitchen. As you enter, you will encounter the first living area featuring comfortable armchairs and a dining table - the perfect setting for conversations and playing board games. The main living space boasts an electric fireplace and a large smart TV with streaming services where you can gather and host a memorable movie night with your crew! When mealtime comes around, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for all coffee enthusiasts. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious main suite with pool views, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and a shower. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

This superb retreat enjoys a private location in a cul-de-sac near golf courses and hiking trails. Some must-visit attractions include TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk Golf Club, Butterfly Wonderland, Musical Instrument Museum, McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, Fountain Park, Echo Canyon Recreation Area, Celebrity Theatre, Desert Botanical Garden, and Chase Field (a must for Arizona Diamondback fans). More area attractions include West World of Scottsdale (2.1 miles), TPC Scottsdale (4.5 miles), Mayo Clinic of Phoenix (8.9 miles). The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 23 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
