- Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. However, please be respectful of the neighborhood. We aim to avoid disturbing nearby families and minimize complaints. Please note that noise complaints may result in eviction without any refund.
- All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.
- If you're local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
🏊 Pool heating or jacuzzi heating is an option at $100 for pool heating and $50 for jacuzzi heating per night and the temperature will be set at 85 degrees. All nights must be charged for your stay for heating. This is due to energy costs as it takes a lot to raise temperature for it to go down again.
- Spa and pool heating cannot be turned on at the same time, so guest have to choose either pool or jacuzzi heating.
- Please note that it takes 72 hours to heat the pool so please request and pay it 5 days before your check-in date.
- The water in the guest house outside will provide warm water, but it may not be as hot as inside because it is tankless. If you prefer warmer water, please use the shower inside.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn't possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There's a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
