The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, and we provide complimentary starter supplies including coffee, tea, and essential paper products.

*** Optional Pool Heating ***

Pool heating is available as an optional add-on for guests who would like warmer swimming temperatures during cooler months. Because many guests prefer an unheated pool, heating is offered only upon request for the entire duration of your stay.

Current nightly heating rates are:

January–February: $80/night
March: $70/night
April: $60/night
May 1–15: $50/night
May 16–September: Available upon request; pricing varies based on weather
October: $50/night
November: $60/night
December: $70/night

Discounts on heating are available for stays of seven nights or longer, and rates may be adjusted during unusually warm weather.

To help maintain comfortable swimming temperatures while minimizing energy usage, the pool is equipped with a solar cover. We simply ask guests to replace the cover whenever the pool is not in use, especially overnight.

This property has a main house and a separate guest house on a spacious corner lot with ample free street parking. Contactless self check-in is provided through a secure lockbox, making arrival easy regardless of when you arrive.
