🔧 Maintenance Access Disclosure

Occasionally, building maintenance personnel may require entry to complete essential work. These visits are scheduled by building management and are beyond our control. Refusal of scheduled access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

Each property follows a consistent furnishing standard; however, specific décor, layout, and dimensions may vary slightly from listing images.

❗Please note: Required Damage Waiver: $35 per stay (charged separately after booking).



The $35 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damage up to $250. This does not cover lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.



Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
