You can walk to Osborn Park one block south of the house . That connects with the Indian Wash Bend trail. Great for walking and biking. It's 1.2 miles to old town and goes all the way south to Mesa and north to McCormick ranch. On the way to old town you pass the library and the civic center. The civic center has out door concerts and events throughout the year as well as performing arts and a modern art museum.
2 blocks from Scottsdale stadium for the Giants spring training and the Scottsdale scorpions for fall baseball.
Chappell park is an awesome off leash park for dogs a couple miles away.

* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

* Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
* Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
* Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
* Pool heat is an additional $95.00 + tax daily, it must be for the entire duration of the stay
* No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
* This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
* Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
* Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
* Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
* A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
