The space
Home has 2400 sq ft of living space and is set up as a great gathering place for golf groups, families, or friends looking to get away. Living area with big screen TV and access to front patio. Front patio has incredible views of Fountain Hills and the mountain landscape which makes it a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Fully stocked kitchen for those looking to stay in and cook. Kitchen also features breakfast nook with Four Peaks mountain views. Pool table for those looking for games that can also be used as a large dining table for large group gatherings. Dual Master setup which makes it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Master 1 is large and features sitting area with big screen tv and sliding glass door overlooking pool. Bathroom has shower and jetted soaker tub. Master 2 has queen bed and newly remodeled bathroom. Other guest bedrooms include a queen bed and bunk beds in the kids room. Escape to the backyard and enjoy the views of Four Peaks mountain from the pool or hot tub. There is outdoor dining area that seats six as well as lounging area for morning coffee or late night chats. Recent upgrades throughout this home make it comfortable and functional.
2 car garage is open for guest use and there is also a washer/dryer for convenience during your stay.

Guests have entire home to themselves.

Other things to note
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly for outdoor activities per city ordinance and must be followed.

Ring Camera on Front door for safety of guests and safety of property. There is no cameras in home or backyard.

If you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management so a pool safety notice can be provided.

No smoking in home at all- $1000 fine for any evidence of smoking inside property.

Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Must be approved with manager prior to booking. $100 fee applies for approved pets to account for extra cleaning.

“The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith”.



You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.



The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.”
