”The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing was the room was cold even with heat turned up, other than the it was clean and quiet, and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The casino staff are friendly and helpful also. We were celebrating a birthday and the only available restaurant was the cafe. That was disappointing but it was also a Monday so we didn’t get to try the Seven Sisters which were looking forward to. We will definitely go back. ”

”The room refrigerator and bathtub was dirty, the small bathroom window screen was torn, the bathroom light above the only mirror in the room had 2 of the 3 bulbs were out. The sheets and towel were clean but stiff, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. ”

”First room that was assigned had another person's suitcase in it. Next room, TV unplugged, tear in top sheet, no cleaning service 1st night, no kleenex in the room, towels looked dirty, woke up to ants all over bedside table, portable heater, lightbulb missing in bathroom, shower went cold all of a sudden, then back to warm, and the bare floors were gritty. Yes, it is a very old hotel, but the website photos are very misleading. ”
