They told me that they did not receive payment from expedia and their communication with expedia was broken. Fact is that I was supposed to pay at the time of check-in and not before that. They said they are sold out. This is despite the fact that I had called them 1 day before and confirmed that my booking was in place. So for the first night they sent me to a nearby cheaper hotel. ”Staff mistakenly charged 76040 instead of 7640. when shown mistake they corrected it but it took time and discomfort while final billing,”

”The bed was terribly dirty and the sheets were not even changed prior to my check-in. Staff was well behaved but were trying to allocate my room to somebody else at hourly basis in front of me without recognizing me.”

”Very bad hotel and i did not stayed there.”

”OmG. Very arrogant and adamant staff. Very authoritative at checkin. Won’t even give an iron. One will say we don’t have iron. Other will say we don’t do it. Third will reluctantly give the iron but no board to iron on. Sticky floor and stickier slimy bathroom floor. Dirty towels. No water bottle as courtesy. ”
