+ Siisti ja hyvä hotelli, ehkä jopa liiankin steriili. Kaunis, hyvin hoidettu puutarha-alue. Sijainti hyvä, lähistöllä useita ravintoloita. Aamiainen loistava, jokaiselle löytyy jotain, aamiainen loppuu jo klo 9.00. Oma ranta, hyvät rantatuolit ja pyyhkeet käytössä. Ei häiritseviä kaupustelijoita rannalla, ainoastaan maissin-ja hedelmänmyyjiä ja yksittäinen aurinkolasikauppias. Lentokenttäkuljetus plussaa. - Parvekkeella ei ole lainkaan tuoleja ja pöytää eli parvekkeella vain seisoskellaan..Tämä jotenkin outoa, koska parvekkeesta kuitenkin pitää maksaa. Henkilökunnasta osa ei puhu juurikaan englantia.

Hotel was full of families with children, very noisy especially on swimming pool area.No BBC/CNN channels on in-room TV, only French24 in English. There are no chairs and table on the balcony, got uncomfortable chairs when reguested. Internet worked in our room 410/suite ,very poorly especially in the evenings, we had to stand in front of our room door so we could use it. We complained about it twice, no improvement.On swimming pool area no shower, so you cannot take a shower before or after swimming, all sun beds occupied with towels the whole day.Breakfast good, but when we came at 9.00 a.m. many things were finished; cups,glasses,fruit...etc, I asked the manager( not vietnamese) the reason and he apologied many times and brought us extra fruit every morning after that. He tried his best and was very helpful with good attitude.

Helt underbar personal som är trevliga och hjälpsamma! Hotellet gar en underbar strand och en trevlig pool. Frukosten var varierande och god. Avslappnad stämning. Gymmet var okej och massagen på hotellet var bra. Hotellet ligger på en bra plats med nära till resturanger och nära in till stan.

I really enjoyed the beach which was perfect. Also the pool is really nice. All you need is in walking distance from this hotel, whether you go left to the night market (15mins walking) or right to some cool restaurants and bars (we preferred right by the way 😉 The rooms are big with a comfy bed. The only thing I disliked is the breakfast: it is only from 6-9AM and just inside seating…

disappointing but spectacular pool
This is a somewhat gaudy, gold-everywhere humongous resort that I chose only because it had a Vietnamese name and I figured I would like to support a VN owned hotel. When I arrived from the airport my room was not ready so I went to their restaurant and ordered fresh spring rolls (made with rice paper) served with dipping sauce. When I bit into the roll I tasted something not right, which I felt was the lettuce and/or the shrimp. I should've stopped right there but I continued to eat it, thinking that maybe the taste was normal. It wasn't- the food was bad, and in a couple of hrs I got terrible GI symptoms. I was then given a room and it was clean, nice, but the bed was as hard as the floor. Having cramps and stomach upset, I had to stay in that day and night but couldn't sleep because of the rock-hard bed & GI distress. In the middle of the night I had to approach the front desk and ask for some remedy. They showed me another room- same rock-hard bed. The next morning they agreed to refund my remaining 3 days and I went off to get another place to stay- which was Seashells Resort- 100% better. So, even though I was sick and disgruntled about the bed, Thien Thanh did come through with a refund- so thanks for that. Also- on the positive- their pool is spectacular! If you're considering staying here I'd advise be careful with their food and expect a rock-hard bed. There are a lot of places very close to this resort you can walk to for food and a pharmacy next door-handy for me.

Perfect Getaway
Hotel was a perfect choice for our family vacation to Phu Quoc. It was conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and accessible to the beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious and it had a good variety. Staff were polite and helpful. Airport transfer was prompt. It was convenient when traveling internationally not to worry about getting a grab/taxi.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good walkable location and set right on the beach. Loads of bars and restaurants around. Good street food at night market a short walk away. Also really appreciated colllection and drop off at airport

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. We pulled up to the resort in our complimentary airport transfer and were in awe at the beauty of this resort. The staff was outstanding and accommodating to everything There are very inexpensive golf cart style rides to the night market. The pool and beach are breathtaking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to have our laundry done in town within a few hours. The hotel helped us rent motorbikes for 2 days of fun around the island. Without a doubt, the best accommodation through our entire 22 days in Vietnam!

Bodde här i två nätter. Rum med fantastisk havsutsikt på 4e våningen. Balkong med stolar. Extra plus för de sköna sängkläderna. Väl tilltagen frukostbuffé med stora valmöjligheter. Den egna stranden har såklart också solstolar åt alla. jämfört med lyxhotell komplexen i nord och syd på ön så är detta hotell ett bättre val med gångavstånd till mängder av restauranger och Sevärdheter

Well recommended hotel
It was a perfect getaway weekend break. The hotel is clean and a private beach with awesome sunset view to relax in. The staff is friendly. The management gave us a very special super good service. Picked us up from the airport very punctually. Upgraded us from Deluxe to Suite room. Gave us a surprise complimentary birthday cake too. Very thoughtful of them

Family stay at Thien Thanh resort.
Thien Thanh resort is extremely well located, close to restaurants and amenities, and very close to the night market and other attractions. The resort itself has a good range of facilities, family friendly and on the beach. Our room was comfortable and cleaned properly every day. The front desk team were a little less friendly than they might have been, but other than this, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

밖에서 보여지는 이미지와 다르게 안은 조용하고 안락합니다. 여행자 거리의 입지도 좋습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많구요. 클래식한 내부 인테리어라서 오래되보이지만...새 호텔입니다. 러시아분들이 많이 묵는 호텔같습니다. 러시아 스텝분들보다는 현재 스텝들과 의사소통이 더 잘 됩니다. 한국분은 푸꼭 다른 호텔보다는 적습니다. 수영장과 특히 프라이빗 비치 좋습니다. 아침 조식도 만족하였습니다. 퇴실하고 공항에 공짜로 해주는 리무진 서비스 만족.
