I wanted somewhere i could go out and explore, sit by the beach, enjoy great food, beach clubs...and to then come back and relax in my room. This has it all. ”The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. ”

”We stayed here for two weeks and had a great holiday in Phuket. We first booked the standard two bedroom suite, but upgraded to the sea view suite few days before arrival which we can recommend, the view was beautiful especially at sunset. The building towers above others in Karon beach so do ask for a suite as high as possible to get the best view, our suite was in the 15th floor. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but not the best to ask about things to do or directions to places due...

”The property is in a good area, it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. Great communication with staff in regards to checking in (arrived on Sunday, office is closed) but got our key on arrival.
