”The guest house front desk guy was rather rude, the breakfast was very uninspiring, but the worst was that the room where I slept was towards Via Pirelli (and on top of a very vibrant metro line) with no sound insulation, so I did not get any sleep after 5.30 in the morning. Having a shared bathroom was not a problem for me, but might be for others?”

”Majoituspaikassa oli yhteiset WC- ja suihkutilat. Huone oli tavanomainen ja huoneisto rauhallinen. Kylpyhuone oli epäsiisti. Siellä oli amme, jossa piti seistä suihkussa. Suihkuverho oli likainen. Kylpyhuoneen oven lukko suljettiin avaimella. Lukko oli ainakin minulle vaikea saada auki. Tuli jo tunne, että niinköhän jään kylppäriin. Onneksi mieheni neuvoi ulkopuolelta mitä on tehtävä. ”

Instructions to check in came with video link and pdf in whatsup - it is worth to take a look the instructions in advance so steps go smoothly, otherwise all doors can be a bit chaotic. But I am sure you get help by calling, if you need. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was breakfast as coffee, orange juice and croissant - although everything was delicious - does not represent breakfast for me.”

”I chose this property as it was an hour on the shuttle from Malpensa airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. We arrived pretty late and although they don’t do late check-ins they kindly waited for our arrival. They messaged me via WhatsApp during intervals on the day to check in on us which I find thoughtful as it was our first time in Italy. ”Don't go there! They took our money and didn't let us stay there because we missed the check- in time even when we had booked the room for three nights. There is no staff there between 7pm-1pm!
