Treat yourself to a holiday on Lake Como dedicated to nature and sustainable tourism! Our apartment is ideal for families or couples of friends who want a stay on the high lake, characterized by incredible landscapes, typical restaurants, period villas and famous places to visit such as Menaggio or Bellagio, and devoted to the most varied sports experiences, even extreme ones, thanks to the natural characteristics of this part of the lake and mountains.
You will access the apartment through a first private terrace, equipped with deckchairs and table to enjoy aperitifs at sunset with lake view; on the entrance floor you will find the large living room with the central table and the comfortable sofa placed in front of the flat screen TV; in front of the equipped kitchen that extends along an entire part, and on the left the bright bathroom with shower. Still on the left are the stairs that go down to floor -1, where you will find the double bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds, and a second private terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. The apartment is proposed for 6 people; the two bedrooms can be used or it is possible to open the sofa bed upstairs if you want two double beds.
The furniture is in a modern style, with light colors that go well with the colors of the landscape visible from the large window of the living room, which opens like a natural picture of Lake Como.
The apartment is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, complete set of pots and dishes in the kitchen. Internet access, a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer are also included. It comes complete with sheets for each bed, 1 set of 3 towels for each guest, and a welcome kit for bathroom and kitchen: toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo; oil, salt, pepper and coffee in the kitchen.
Despite being animal lovers, we decided not to accept them in order to accommodate people with allergies of different types, including animal hair. Out of respect for non-smokers, smoking is also not allowed in the house. The apartment has not been designed to guarantee accessibility for the disabled.

The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 15 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
