”The hotel is very nice and modernly furnished. Rooms are big and they cleaned it every day. Air conditioner is good and working. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Also felt very safe, that in the evenings the main entrance to the street was locked and only opens with your given keys. The location is handy and close to everything. We also used the airport transportation service and it was in time and more reliable than the private taxi from the streets, so I suggest that option if you want to...

”We had high expectations after reading all the excellent reviews of this bed&breakfast. We were travelling with a toddler and a baby stroller. On the evening of our arrival, the elevator broke up and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are located on the fifth floor of a historical building, meaning a looot of stairs to climb. The answer we got when complaining about this was that there is nothing to do, leaving us to pay full price for a ”luxury” room and sweating in the evenings after...

”Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!”
